The Northwest Barrel Horse Association (NWBHA) District 3 District 3 spans Adams, Asotin, Garfield, and Whitman Counties in Washington, and Latah, Nez Perce, Lewis, Clearwater, and Idaho Counties in Idaho.

We’ve established ourselves as a welcoming and supportive group that provides the type of competition that members choose to participate in and prioritize on their calendars. We strive to meet the needs and wants of our members by holding our events in safe arenas, inviting professional and amateur photographers to capture quality photos for print and social media usage, providing a consistent and transparent event production, and by having some of the best year-end awards in our local equine community!
 

District 3’s mission is to promote and grow the sport of barrel racing while maintaining the highest standards of conduct and sportsmanship.  We are proud to preserve the western heritage.  We strive to empower and develop leadership, responsibility, and dedication in our Youth members.
